Upcoming Workshops + Specialty Classes
Toddler yoga provides a fun and safe environment to move and play. It combines songs, yoga postures, stories, and activities. Tots are encouraged to watch or try the postures during class. They can playfully practice yoga postures while they are walking, jumping, sitting, and standing. They become more confident in their bodies as they practice yoga in class. Parent/Caregiver participation is a must as it encourages your child to join in. No yoga experience is required.
6 week series on Wednesdays, September 19th - October 24th, 11:00am - 11:30am. $65 per child. Register by September 17th here.
Our kids yoga classes include work with basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, and short meditations. We have fun, encourage confidence, build self-esteem, and teach relaxation and coping techniques. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, improved concentration and focus, and a boost in imagination and creativity.
6 week series on Wednesdays, September 19th - October 24th, 3:15pm - 4:00pm. $75 per child. Register by September 17th here.
