Yoga empowers teens while cultivating physical and mental strength. A regular yoga practice can help teens manage stress and emotions, and improve focus and concentration, all while energizing and rejuvenating their body and mind. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience and flexibility, and is offered in a safe, fun, authentic, no-judgment atmosphere. Each practice will include breath work, yoga asana (posture) practice, and guided relaxation. Participants will leave feeling strong, rejuvenated, and balanced.
Sundays, 3:45pm - 4:45pm. Dates: April 2, 9, 23, 30 and May 7th & 21st. No class on April 16, May 14, or May 28, which fall on Easter Sunday, Mother's Day & Memorial Day weekend. Missed classes may be made up at any other class at the studio during the months of April and May.
