Join Hilary for this fun, interactive workshop, which will include partner assisted stretching and Thai Yoga inspired Bodywork. Partner yoga is when two people join together to deepen the impact and experience of yoga. The primary component that differentiates partner practice from individual practice is human touch. The use of traction, leverage and hands-on assists allow body and heart to open to greater depths. The practice intends to leave the practitioners feeling renewed, connected and centered. Please note that partners do not have to be "significant others" to attend this workshop. Come with a friend, sibling, parent of child. Must be 16 to attend.
