We appreciate your service and dedication to our community, and invite you to join us for a FREE workshop and introductory practice to learn how yoga, meditation, and mindfulness can alleviate the physical and mental effects of stress or trauma, and improve emotional wellness.
All first responders and their families/partners are welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a refillable water bottle. Mats and yoga props will be provided for you.
