Join us for a unique yoga experience at Belmont Acres Farm. Take time to enjoy nature and discover a sense of peace. We will begin the class with pranayama (breath work) to focus the mind and prepare for your yoga practice. The physical practice will include a Hatha style sequence focused on strength and flexibility. The last several minutes of class will include a guided meditation aimed to further quiet the mind and relax the body. All levels of yoga experience and ability are welcome. Space is limited. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Bring a mat, water, and wear comfortable clothing. If weather is not favorable, class will be cancelled and you will receive a studio class credit to be used anytime.
