Yin Spa Yoga

Yin yoga is a slower, meditative practice in which postures are held for several minutes to target the connective tissues in the body in order to restore and improve joint mobility, muscle and fascia flexibility, and circulation. The postures are mostly floor postures, so this practice also great for anyone recovering from an injury or illness as it nourishes the body at a cellular level and aids in digestion, muscle repair, organ detoxification, and emotional processing.
