Natasha will show you her favorite smoothie ingredients and teach you what blend works best with your body. The afternoon will kick off with some gentle yoga followed by a smoothie workshop. Sample 3 types of smoothies (green, meal replacement, dessert) and take home 5 new smoothie recipes!
