Yoga at the Wall

Join us for a fun class exploring asanas at the wall!  Practicing at the wall can give you a new perspective on the energy of a pose, help you stabilize your posture, allow you to ease in more deeply, or assist in helping you find increased release and relaxation.  We will practice seated, standing, and restorative postures.  All levels of experience and ability are welcome.
