In this workshop, Mo will give detailed instructions, hands-on assists and offer room for variations and questions. Be prepared to have fun and be challenged with warm up sequences, core activation and wrist therapy to support a strong inversion practice. Learn patience and self care necessary to support your body in challenging asanas. Learn the actions and muscle activations to develop a confident arm balancing and inversion practice.
We will work with crow pose variations, tripod headstand, handstand prep and handstand with variations. Students should take at least one flow or hatha class prior to the workshop.
