This “Build a Better Backbend” class will break down the components of the various poses and prepare you to safely and more effectively position yourself in Baby Cobra, Upward Facing Dog, Locust, Bow, Upward Facing Bow (wheel) and Camel. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience and flexibility and will leave you feeling more open, invigorated and enlightened.
