Our kids yoga classes include work with basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, and short meditations. We have fun, encourage confidence, build self-esteem, and teach relaxation and coping techniques. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, improved concentration and focus, and a boost in imagination and creativity.
8 week series on Wednesdays, February 28th - April 18th, 3:30pm - 4:15pm. $95 per child. Register by February 25th here.
