Kids Yoga: 8-week Winter Series

Our kids yoga classes include work with basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, and short meditations. We have fun, encourage confidence, build self-esteem, and teach relaxation and coping techniques. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, improved concentration and focus, and a boost in imagination and creativity.  

8 week series on Wednesdays, February 7st - March 28th, 3:00pm - 3:45pm.  $95 per child.  Register by February 5th here.
