Groundwork Girls is a 6-week class series that guides girls ages 10-13 to find their true voice through yoga, breath work, creativity, self-reflection and mindfulness. Each class is one hour. Through art projects, games, journaling, yoga sequences and mindfulness exercises, students learn how to look inward for their own guidance. Students are taught to handle stress in a constructive way, self-care practices, self-awareness, how to create and maintain healthy relationships and how to love themselves.
6-week series on Wednesdays, January 23rd - March 6th: NO CLASS on February 20th, 4:15pm - 5:15pm. $81 per child. Register by January 22nd here.

Our kids yoga classes include work with basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, and short meditations. We have fun, encourage confidence, build self-esteem, and teach relaxation and coping techniques. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, improved concentration and focus, and a boost in imagination and creativity.
6 week series on Sunday, January 27th - March 3rd, 12:30pm - 1:15pm. $75 per child. Register by January 25th here.

Toddler yoga provides a fun and safe environment to move and play. It combines songs, yoga postures, stories, and activities. Tots are encouraged to watch or try the postures during class. They can playfully practice yoga postures while they are walking, jumping, sitting, and standing. They become more confident in their bodies as they practice yoga in class. Parent/Caregiver participation is a must as it encourages your child to join in. No yoga experience is required.
4-week series on Saturdays, February 16th - March 9th, 11:00am - 11:30am. $40 per child. Register here.

Make time for self care. This all-levels class is designed to calm the mind and release tension in the body. We begin with a few minutes of gentle movement to warm up the body before settling into restorative postures. With the use of props, we hold the postures to passively open the body. The instructor offers hands-on assists, guided relaxation, and breath work throughout the class. This gentle practice will relieve stress and pain in the body so that you feel relaxed, calm, and balanced.

Join us for an evening of exploring natural ways to support your physical and emotional wellbeing during the winter months and all year long. This workshop will include an overview of essential oils, highlighting specific oils and products to support immunity and ease common wintertime woes.

Join Joanne at the wall… We’ll use the wall as a tool to explore various yoga poses. Wall Yoga provides resistance and support in order to build core awareness and strength.
This class is excellent for students of all levels as it explores the foundation of each posture with the wall helping us to develop ideal alignment. This fun class will help you improve alignment, strength and balance!
