Regular practice will improve your physical and emotional health, and deepen your mind-body connection for greater overall wellness.  In addition to increased strength and flexibility, yoga positively effects many of our body systems including  the respiratory, endocrine , nervous, lymphatic, and digestive systems.  This means lower stress levels, better sleep, lower blood pressure and heart rates, boosted immunity, improved focus and creativity, and reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Yoga is for everyone.  At Groundwork we offer a variety of yoga classes, so you're sure to find something you love!  Choose from gentle/beginner, slow flow, restorative, prenatal, or  more challenging  vinyasa and power flow class. Our amazing team of instructors will inspire you, while strengthening your body and calming your mind.  

Our studio is warm, not hot.  Classes are heated to 70-75 degrees.  Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring water and a mat.  Props such as blocks, bolsters, belts, and blankets are provided.  If you don't have a mat, we provide mats free of charge.

kids + families

 

Our family yoga classes offer children and caregivers an opportunity to strengthen family connections while having fun and being active. Family classes include individual and partner practice. Adult class prices apply - simply use your adult class pass! Up to 2 kids free with each adult.  

We also offer yoga classes just for kids that encourage confidence, build self-esteem, and teach relaxation and coping techniques. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, improved concentration and focus, and a boost in imagination and creativity.
