Groundwork Girls is a 6-week class series that guides girls ages 10-13 to find their true voice through yoga, breath work, creativity, self-reflection and mindfulness. Each class is one hour. Through art projects, games, journaling, yoga sequences and mindfulness exercises, students learn how to look inward for their own guidance. Students are taught to handle stress in a constructive way, self-care practices, self-awareness, how to create and maintain healthy relationships and how to love themselves.

Are you curious about yoga, but have been nervous about dropping into a class? This workshop is a safe space for the raw beginner to learn the basics before exploring a variety of yoga classes. This package includes one Introductory Workshop and a 30 Days Unlimited Class Pass.

Join us for an afternoon of learning about Essential Oils for Spring while designing and creating your own succulent planter. Get grounded as you put your hands in the soil, and settle into the bliss of mindfulness as you focus solely on creating something beautiful, just for you. All materials will be provided. Each participant will learn how a succulent planter can also function as an essential oil diffuser, and will receive essential oil samples to bring home with their planter.

Our kids yoga classes include work with basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, games, and short meditations. We have fun, encourage confidence, build self-esteem, and teach relaxation and coping techniques. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, improved concentration and focus, and a boost in imagination and creativity.

Join Certified YogastrologyⓇ inspired Janna Westmoreland for an evening focused on the cosmic energy of Taurus. Taurus rules the neck and throat, making the focus of the practice on caring for these body parts through active and restorative postures. Essential oils will be used to clear the mind as well as cultivate the positive qualities of the sign such as determination and devotion. Music by famous Taurus will set the mood and add extra fun. Class will be 75 minutes long and suitable for all levels.

Make time for self care. This all-levels class is designed to calm the mind and release tension in the body. We begin with a few minutes of gentle movement to warm up the body before settling into restorative postures. With the use of props, we hold the postures to passively open and stretch the body. The instructor offers hands-on assists, guided relaxation, and breath work throughout the class. This gentle practice will relieve stress and pain in the body so that you feel relaxed, calm, and balanced.
