Kids Yoga: 8-week Series (ages 5 -11)

8 week series on Wednesdays, April 5th through May 31st. No class on April 19th.  $85 per child.  Register here.

Our kids yoga classes include work with basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, and short meditations. We have fun, encourage confidence, build self-esteem, and teach relaxation and coping techniques. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, improved concentration and focus, and a boost in imagination and creativity.
