Kundalini Flow Yoga is a blend of Kundalini style yoga and Vinyasa flow. Kundalini is the yoga of awareness and is focused on unlocking and harnessing the flow of energy within us all that connect us to ourselves and the greater universal consciousness. This class includes a gentle flow combined with longer seated holds, meditation, chanting mantra, and pranayama, to create a dynamic and energetically powerful class. Here we will begin to take yoga beyond the practice of asana (pose), to a deeper and more profound level.
