Restorative + Yoga Nidra

This class is the perfect way to unwind & relax after a long week.  We will begin with long, supported poses to rebalance the nervous system & quiet the mind. After settling into stillness with a restorative practice we will find deep relaxation with 30-minutes of Yoga Nidra (guided meditation).  Expect to leave feeling calm, centered, and content.
