Mindfulness in the Classroom {FREE workshop for educators!}

This workshop will provide an introduction to simple mindfulness and mind-body practices that can be easily implemented into a classroom setting.  Beneficial to both students and educators, these practices can increase attention capacity, reduce stress and its negative effects on learning, and build social-emotional skills. A brief overview of the Mindful Schools Curriculum will be presented. Teachers and administrators are welcome!  Register here.
