Kids Yoga: 6-week Series (Ages 5-10)

Our kids yoga classes include work with basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, and short meditations. We have fun, encourage confidence, build self-esteem, and teach relaxation and coping techniques. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, improved concentration and focus, and a boost in imagination and creativity.  

6 week series on Wednesdays, November 7th - December 19th: NO CLASS on November 21st, 3:15pm - 4:00pm.  $75 per child.  Register by November 5th here.
