According to yoga, the chakras are part of the subtle body where energy flows. Sometimes energy can become stuck in these vortexes, creating imbalance. In this class, we will move gently through asanas (physical yoga postures) to help open and balance the seven chakras, allowing for harmony and awakening in the physical, emotional, and spiritual body. Pranayama (breathing exercises) and a guided chakra meditation with also be included. All levels welcome.
