How many times have you tried to meditate but your thoughts and mind immediately started to drift away? It happens to everyone with no exceptions, even those who meditate regularly.
So what if the technique you use is not the most intuitive for you? What if you are able to discover one that agrees with your inner body and mind wisdom?
During this workshop we will explore three different meditation techniques for visual, auditory and kinesthetic learners to find the one that best suits you. The meditation practice will be accompanied by gentle stretches to prepare your body for moments of stillness and pranayama (breath practice) to balance your mind. Magda, who teaches this class, spent extended time in India in the last year and her teaching style incorporates learnings from her Indian yoga teachers. Now she is grateful to share them with you.
All levels welcome. No prior meditation experience required just an open heart and mind.
