Kids Yoga: 6-week Wednesday Winter Series (Ages 5-10)

Our kids yoga classes include work with basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, games, and short meditations. We have fun, encourage confidence, build self-esteem, and teach relaxation and coping techniques. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, improved concentration and focus, and a boost in imagination and creativity.  

6-week series on Wednesday, October 30th - December 11th, NO CLASS on November 27th, 3:15pm - 4:00pm. $78 per child.
