Are you curious about yoga, but have been nervous about dropping into a class? This workshop is a safe space for the raw beginner to learn the basics before exploring a variety of yoga classes. This package includes one Introductory Workshop, and a 2-week Unlimited Class Pass.
Beginning with the Introductory workshop, you will explore yoga philosophy, breath work, and some of the most commonly taught yoga poses so that you will have the knowledge and confidence to try any class. Your 2-week Class Pass gives you unlimited access to any of our regularly scheduled yoga classes with all of our instructors.
$49 per person. Class size is limited so that everyone will be given individual attention, feedback, and adjustments.
