In honor of April’s full moon, join Janna Westmoreland for a special Lunar Celebration yoga flow. The class will begin with breath work focused on cooling the body and relieving stress, followed by a slow, thoughtful vinyasa flow inspired by the phases of the moon. Class will end with restorative postures and hands-on assists. And as always, there will be music and essential oils. The class will be 75 minutes long and is suited for all levels. Enjoy this reflective, calming practice and receive a new sense of self awareness.
